ANALISTA DE RECURSOS HUMANOS PARA CUBRIR REEMPLAZO DE LICENCIA POR MATERNIDAD
(5 meses: Inicio Febrero 2019 – Finalización Junio 2019).
La búsqueda está orientada a estudiantes avanzados de la carrera Licenciatura en Psicopedagogía.
Serán sus principales responsabilidades:
- Reclutamiento y Selección de personal para niveles operativos.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento del Plan Anual de Entrenamiento de la compañía.
- Participar en la coordinación del Proceso de Inducción de empleados de la empresa y terceros.
- Colaborar en iniciativas motivacionales coordinadas por el área de Recursos Humanos.
- Gestionar el mantenimiento de libretas sanitarias y suministro de ropa de trabajo al personal.
- Relevar las necesidades de Prácticas Profesionalizantes con los diferentes sectores de la compañía y gestionar su disponibilidad estableciendo contacto con entes educativos y comunales (Escuelas Técnicas, Universidades y Comuna de Sauce Viejo).
- Asistir a la gerencia del área en procesos de auditoría interna y externa entre otros.
Se valorará:
- Predisposición al aprendizaje, Iniciativa, Proactividad
- Orientación al cliente y actitud de servicio.
- Capacidad de trabajo, orientación a resultados y Ejecutividad en la resolución de problemas.
Días y horarios de trabajo:
Lunes a Viernes, 20 hs. semanales, en Planta de Sauce Viejo (Parque Industrial Sauce Viejo).
